Yirgacheffe
Our most aromatic lot. Floral and tea-like, with a bright citrus lift that makes it sing as a filter.
$24 / 250g
We roast specialty-grade beans the day before they ship, stamp every bag with its roast date, and dial each one in so the cup you brew at home tastes like the one we pulled on the bench.

Every bag is roasted the day before it ships and stamped with the date. You taste coffee at its peak, not after months in a warehouse.
We buy through relationship importers and pay above Fairtrade, tracing each lot back to the farm and the season it was picked.
Tell us how you make coffee and we grind to match - espresso, filter, plunger or moka - or keep it whole bean for the freshest cup.

Small 12kg batches on a Probat drum, each profile developed over dozens of test roasts to coax out the sweetness particular to that origin.
Beans rest and degas for the right window - never shipped flat, never shipped gassy - so they bloom properly the moment you brew.
We send a brew card with every bag: recipe, grind and ratio, so the cup you make at home matches the one we dialled on the bench.

“You can taste the freshness - the bag is stamped with the roast date and it's always two or three days old. The Yirgacheffe as a pour-over is incredible.”

“I'm fussy about decaf and theirs is genuinely the best I've had. My partner can't tell it isn't fully caffeinated. The brew card got my grind right first go.”

“We run a little café and switched our beans to Kokoroast last year. Consistency is spot on and the team actually answers the phone. Customers notice.”
